Grafex®

Super [C-60]

Fullerenes

taking NanoCarbon further

This website was created as an “Informational Platform”.

Its purpose is to give you a better understanding of both the work that we have been conducting in the “new world of nanotechnology “, as well as introducing you to an “entirely new type” of a highly structured nanocarbon fullerene molecule. This Supermolecule, through both detailed research and testing, has shown to have great potential in a variety of different industries. However, because of the results of some of our “more current research” in the biomedical world; particularly in cancer,  antioxidants, and free radical scavenging, this website has been tailored to align our focus toward that endeavor for the present.

To date, over 600 analyses and tests have been performed in a diverse grouping of private, government and university laboratories across the nation.
Evidence of safety in toxicity testing is one of the first hurdles any fullerene material must clear before environmental and biological exposure. It should be a first and foremost concern for anyone considering using or giving a fullerene material to a pet.

This second testing was initiated as a follow up to the observations and results of Dr. Desantis’s study that was completed at the University of New York.  The follow-on goal was to try and determine the qualitative and quantitative longevity benefits, teratogenicity, anti-inflammatory properties, and reduced tumorgenicity utilizing field mice.

This may be, where at least, some of the Regular C60 dosage recommendations, speculation, and confusion of the Batti mice study were generated.
Recommended dosing is arbitrary based on very few rodent studies that were designed to evaluate toxicity potential over an extended period rather than to produce a therapeutic effect in a disease model or pathological state.
Along with the extraordinary diligence and thoroughness in testing for Grafex® Super [C-60] fullerenes, it is observed that the Baati dose on the actual individual rats(rat weight vs human weight) was HED of 23 mg, which is within the daily or weekly dosing(15mg-30mg) used by most of the Grafex®Super [C-60] self-experimenters, reporting health benefits in the section .
Early toxicity studies often suggested that Regular C60 could be a potential toxin due to observations of the production of inflammatory molecules and reactive oxygen radicals in cells exposed to Regular C60.  Later research found that the presence of contaminants, and more frequently, the use of organic solvents could be the primary cause of this.  However,
